Knowing what to expect and preparing for your appointment helps your doctor to provide you with better care. We are providing only in person appointments.
General appointment advice:
- You may receive an email a few days prior requesting that you have a recent weight, blood pressure, heart rate etc available to send to us a few days prior to your appointment.
- You may receive a request to send in several blood pressure readings, a picture of a lesion or to complete a questionnaire.
- Please have all your medication present.
- Please send all requested information the day prior to your appointment. Having this information ready ahead of time will help make your appointment go more smoothly.
-Please let our staff know if your e-mail address or pharmacy information has changed to ensure that prescriptions are sent to the right pharmacy and additional information or communication about results goes to the right e-mail address.
Our office is moving towards in person exclusively. The Ministry of Health is discouraging phone and virtual appointments. Thank you for your cooperation with all the recent changes.
Update: We no longer have the capability for virtual appointments.

The software enhances documentation, improves clinical efficiency, reduces time spent on manual charting and dedicates more time to patient care!
Your doctor may use an AI scribe to better facilitate your appointment.
If your doctor intends to use this software, we will ask you for verbal permission prior to the beginning of your appointment, at each appointment.
QuickChart is a software tool that captures audio within the exam room to create a transcription note of the conversation between you and your doctor. No audio recordings are stored: the transcription note that is generated is stored for 30 days until it is copied into your permanent medical record.
This software enhances documentation efficiency and produces a high-quality transcription report. The report is reviewed and edited by your doctor to ensure accuracy. The report is then copied and pasted into your medical record.
To minimize the risk of data exposure extensive measures were implemented but not limited to anonymization, 2 way data encryption, and access controls. QuickChart adheres to Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario legislation such as the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).
