Knowing what to expect and preparing for your appointment helps your doctor to provide you with better care. We are providing four different types of appointments depending on what your doctor feels is appropriate.
General appointment advice:
- You may receive an email a few days prior requesting that you have a recent weight, blood pressure, heart rate etc available to send to us a few days prior to your appointment.
- You may receive a request to send in several blood pressure readings, a picture of a lesion or to complete a questionnaire.
- If your concern is regarding swelling or a lesion, please have a measuring tape handy for your doctor to instruct you how to measure the area.
- Please have all your medication present.
- Please send all requested information the day prior to your appointment. Having this information ready ahead of time will help make your appointment go more smoothly.
-Please let our staff know if your e-mail address or pharmacy information has changed to ensure that prescriptions are sent to the right pharmacy and additional information or communication about results goes to the right e-mail address.
