The after hours care call number can be accessed by calling our office number 519-570-1655 after 5pm and on the weekends.

The voice mail message will direct you on how to access the service.

During holidays services will generally be available from 12-3 pm

If you feel you have an URGENT concern outside of our regular office hours AND on-call hours, you should call Health Connect Ontario at 811 (formerly THAS) to be assessed by a nurse who will direct further care https://healthconnectontario.health.gov.on.ca.
